先生/女士：

　　广西大学、广西高校人文社会科学重点研究基地“区域社会治理创新研究中心”、 广西高校高水平创新团队(“NGO与社会管理创新研究团队”)依托南宁作为中国-东盟博览会永久会址的地缘优势以及相应的NGO研究学术队伍基础，现共同承办第一届中国-东盟NGO研究论坛。希翼该论坛成为中国与东盟各国NGO研究学术交流的平台、学术合作的舞台以及民间友谊的又一见证。现将本次论坛的相关事项通知如下：

　　一、论坛的主题为：“国家与社会关系视野下的中国和东盟社会组织发展现状研究”，分问题包含但不限于：

　　◇中国与东盟各国社会组织发展现状、趋势及管理体制比较研究

　　◇中国与东盟各国的境外NGO活动现状、特征及管理体制比较研究

　　◇中国与东盟各国社会组织发展环境的政治、社会、历史等因素分析

　　◇中国-东盟社会组织交流合作现状

　　◇中国与东盟各国本土社会组织联盟发展现状

　　二、具体事宜：

　　1、会议注册：2015年12月19日

　　(注册地点待定，会务组提前一周通知)。

　　2、会议日程：2015年12月20日。

　　3、会议地点：广西大学公共管理学院。

　　4、参会费用：往返交通费和住宿费自理。(具体酒店和费用待定)。

　　5、参会回执：如能出席会议，请于12月6日前发送参会回执到会务组邮箱。

　　6、论文截止日期：2015年12月6日，提交300到400字论文摘要(中英文);2015年12月11日截稿，论文提交正式文档(中文或英文)至会务组邮箱。

　　7、纸版通知：会务组将在会议期间补发正式纸版通知。如参会人员需提前寄送正式纸版通知，请发邮件至会务组专用邮箱告知。

　　The School of Public AdministrationofGuangxi University, the Research Center of Regional Social Governance andInnovation,and NGO and Social Management Innovation Research Team try to establishaplatform - the China-ASEAN NGO (Non-governmentalOrganization) ResearchForumfor academic debates and discussion on NGO issues in the region.The advantagesfor the forum to be located at Nanning City of Guangxi ZhuangAutonomous Regionin China are not only that the city is the geographical connectionto ASEANCountries but also it has been chosen to be the permanent venue for the China-ASEANExposition. The NGO academic team of Guangxi University is proud tobe partof Nanning City and feels great honor to host the first forum inDec.20th,2015. With your participations, we are confident that the forumwill be not onlyan excellent platform fordeepeningthe exchanges and cooperation but an interestingstory of China-ASEANfriendships as well.

　　◇Theanalysison the factors in developmental environment for NGOs, concerning politics, society and historyinChina and ASEAN;

　　◇Thestudyof the cooperation among local NGOs and international NGOs in China andASEAN Countries.

　　◇TheStudyof Development Status of Local and International Social OrganizationAlliancein China and ASEAN countries.

　　1.Arrival:Dec. 19th, 2015. (hotel to be announced).

　　4.Registration fee: Round-triptransportation and accommodation costs shouldbe own expenses.
